Description of Classes Below:

CrossFit: Our main CrossFit class, includes mobility, strength training and a METCON to improve cardiovascular conditioning (60 minutes) (Capacity: 10 people)

CrossFit Burn: A high intensity class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and maximise calorie expenditure. No advanced barbell or gymnastics exercises in this class. (45-60 minutes) (Capacity: 10 people)

Olympic Lifting: Includes specific progressions for the Clean and Jerk & Snatch (45 minutes) (Capacity: 4-6 people)

Gymnastics: Includes specific progressions for handstands, pull ups, muscles ups and other gymnastics skills (45 minutes) (Capacity: 4-6 people)

Foundations: An on boarding class for new members. Includes 2 x 60 minute sessions where we go through everything about technique, scaling options and rationale for training
