CrossFit: Includes mobility, technique and strength progressions followed by a classic CrossFit Metcon (Workout of the day) and then a cool down (Duration 60 minutes)
CrossFit Specialty: Includes specific progressions and technique work for Olympic Lifting, Barbell Strength and Gymnastics (Duration 45 minutes) – (Class capacity: 4)
Open Gym: Gym is open for your own use.
Foundations: An on boarding class for new members. Includes 2 x 90 minute sessions where we go through everything about technique, scaling options and rationale for training
