CrossFit: Includes mobility, technique and strength progressions followed by a classic CrossFit Metcon (Workout of the day) and then a cool down (Duration 60 minutes)
METCON: Includes warm up, technique and then 2 – 3 METCON type workouts. Mainly cardiovascular focused (Duration 45 minutes)
CrossFit Specialty: Includes specific progressions and technique work for Olympic Lifting, Barbell Strength and Gymnastics (Duration 45 – 60 minutes – Class capacity: 4)
Open Gym: Gym is open for your own use.
