At Driving Fitness Physiotherapy we are committed to providing superior and modern physiotherapy services. We understand injuries and pain can be frustrating, we are here to help you make a safe return to what you love doing. We have fundamental knowledge and experience in sporting injuries as well as lower back pain, neck pain, knee pain, headaches and shoulder pain.
During your initial assessment, you will be placed through our unique 3 step examination process. First we use a verbal and physical assessment to find the underlying cause of your pain and create a plan to resolve it. Secondly, we utilise numerous hands on techniques designed to melt, loosen and unblock pain caused by injury. And thirdly, we walk you through a step by step, corrective exercise program specifically designed to reduce your pain for good.
If you are looking for something extra, we also provide a unique service like no other known as the Physiotherapy membership. This membership included 1 hands on session plus 1 injury rehabilitation class per week. This membership is ideal if you have been carrying an injury for longer than 3 months, ideal for the competitive or recreational athlete.
For your convenience we have consultation rooms in Essendon, Ascot Vale and Avondale Heights. We also have HICAPS facilities in our physiotherapy rooms to make it easy for you to claim your private health insurance rebates. We accept and treat all Workcover, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) cases. We also accept patients under enhanced primary care (EPC) Medicare schemes. The Medicare care plans can be organised at our physiotherapy rooms under the advice from our General Practitioner.
